How do I get to the boat? Boats depart from Marina Walk, by Spinneys supermarket. Ask your cab driver to drop you at Spinneys roundabout near Marina Heights Tower, or take the metro to nearby Sobha Realty station (exit 2). From there head into the marina and take a right along the walkway. The Love Boats kiosk is just past Spinneys supermarket.

How many passengers can fit each boat? Boats accommodate up to 12 passengers. Children must be over 14kg.

Is it safe? Boats are equipped with the latest safety mechanisms and are only operated by qualified and experienced captains. Life jackets are provided to all passengers.

Is parking available at Burj Khalifa? Yes, there is ample parking space at the Dubai Mall.

Can you wear shorts at the Burj Khalifa? There is no set dress code for visiting the Burj Khalifa observation deck, so you are able to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in, however it's advisable to dress modestly in Dubai. If you're planning to dine at At.mosphere, the world's tallest restaurant inside the Burj Khalifa, you will need formalwear and smart shoes.

Is the museum free to visit without a pass? The Louvre Abu Dhabi is free to anyone under the age of 18, UAE residents who are 60+, Louvre Abu Dhabi members, ICOM and related card holders, journalists, and People of Determination with one companion. If any members of your party fall into the categories listed, they may not want to use their pass at this attraction. 

Is there a dress code for the Louvre Abu Dhabi? No there is no dress code for visiting the Louvre.

How much time do I need to visit the Louvre Abu Dhabi? We recommend a minimum of two hours for a basic walk-through. However, art lovers could easily spend a full afternoon exploring the exhibits.

Getting to Louvre Abu Dhabi from Dubai

To get to the museum from Dubai, you can use the free Cultural Express shuttle service. It leaves Dubai from Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai at 9AM and returns to Dubai from the Louvre Abu Dhabi at 6.35PM. No booking is required, but be aware that seat numbers are limited. Getting in: simply show your pass to your guide when you are picked up and you're good to go! 

Please note:

• Please carry a valid passport/ID with you during the tour. 
• Pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina). Pick-up from other areas will be done on request with an additional charge. 
• Some of the tour locations may be closed on specific days and weekends.
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on sharing transfers can be modified as per the schedule by 30 - 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location. 
• There is no change in timings during Ramadan. Customers may buy lunch in Dubai Mall but it must be consumed in the vehicle, no drinking/eating/chewing gum in public.
