    1. This promotion is open to all customers aged over 18 who purchase an Amsterdam All-Inclusive Pass or an Amsterdam Explorer Pass (“together known as Valid Passes”) between 1.00AM PST on Monday 22nd May 2023 and 23.59PM PST on Monday 29th May 2023.   

    1. This promotion is open to all customers, except employees of Go City, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion.   

    1. Upon purchase of a Valid Pass you will be entitled to claim a free Lonely Planet Amsterdam eBook. Please see the Lonely Planet website (lhttps://support.lonelyplanet.com/hc/en-us/articles/218157987-Online-Shop-Terms-Conditions-Privacy-policy) for the terms and conditions of the eBook offered.    

    1. To claim the Promotion, all Valid Passes must be purchased on the Go City website between 1.00AM PST on Monday 22nd May 2023 and 23.59PM PST on Monday 29th May 2023 and you must have received an email from Go City confirming the order of a valid pass during this timeframe.   

    1. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing a Valid Pass online, Go City does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for the Promotion. Go City accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.   

    1. On the week beginning May 29 you will receive a further email from Go City with instructions on how to redeem the Promotion. You will have 12 months from the date of you order to redeem the Promotion.    

    1. The eBook is supplied by Red Ventures, LLC, 1101 Red Ventures Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29707 (the "Supplier").    

    1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Go City Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the offer without notice. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.   

    1. Go City reserves the right to withhold the Promotion from anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Insofar as is permitted by law, Go City, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of Go City, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.   

    1. The Supplier is responsible for the preparation and delivery of the digital ebook, Go City does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in the production of a eBook.

    1. These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by English law. If any  entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
