  • What are the normal costs of the attractions?

  • Are the attractions accessible all year round?

    The majority of attractions included on the Go Amsterdam pass are open all year round with just a few days of closure, usually around Christmas. Some are more seasonal, however, and are shut during the summer or winter months so we do advise you to check with the attractions before visiting to avoid disappointment.

  • Can I visit the same attraction twice with my Amsterdam pass?

    You can only visit each attraction included on the Go Amsterdam pass once but the hop-on hop-off bus is unlimited for the duration of your pass.

  • Is the Go Amsterdam pass suitable for those with disabilities?

    Some attractions may offer free entry to visitors with disabilities, so the Go Amsterdam pass might not be the most suitable for them as requirements vary from attraction to attraction. Please contact them directly for further information.

  • Are pets allowed on tours or in attractions?

    No, pets are not allowed on sightseeing tours, inside museums or attractions.

  • Do I have to make reservations for attractions?

    Certain attractions will require a reservation. If this is the case, you will find all booking information listed on our reservations page and the individual attraction pages on our website. Some advance reservations will require a pass number or order reference number to secure your booking. This will not activate your pass.

  • If I order online how do I receive the Go Amsterdam pass?

    Once you complete your purchase, you will receive your order confirmation within four hours that contains details for downloading the pass to your computer. Then print the passes at home before you travel.

  • How do you define a child?

    Children are aged between 6 and 15 years. 

    Note: Anyone with a Child pass must be accompanied by an Adult pass holder at all times.

  • What are the Go Amsterdam pass purse values?

    Each Go Amsterdam pass is subject to a purse value which is based on the duration of the pass. 

    The purse value is the maximum amount you can use based on the standard gate price for each attraction. Here's a breakdown of the purse value for each duration:

    1-day Pass: Adult €210 / Child €115
    2-day Pass: Adult €290 / Child €165
    3-day Pass: Adult €365 / Child €200
    5-day Pass: Adult €490 / Child €250

  • How do I use my Go Amsterdam pass?

    Your Amsterdam pass will be sent directly to your email address after purchasing online. Scanning the QR Code on your printed pass at the attraction entrance for the first time activates your pass. Depending on your choice of pass duration, it will then deactivate after this time has elapsed.


  • What happens if I change the date of my trip to Amsterdam?

    Your Amsterdam pass is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

  • How does the Go Amsterdam pass work?

    Yes, all Amsterdam passes are to be used on consecutive days. For example, if you have a 3-day Go Amsterdam pass and start using it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for the next 72 hours from activation.
