Please make a booking on the day of your visit using the Go City booking page. You'll need your order number and pass number to complete the process, you'll then receive a confirmation email with your ticket.  You must book from 8AM – 3PM on the day you want to visit. 

• Daytime tickets can be used for entry from 10AM – 3:30PM.
• All tickets need to be booked with your pass before 3PM. 

Please note: no changes/cancellations are allowed once your e-tickets have been issued.

• Download the Tuk Tuk Hop application via Google Play Store or  - App Store
• Maximum capacity is 4 persons per tuk tuk and you must travel together at all times

Getting in: Show your pass at the meeting point and you're good to go! We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Meeting point: Meet your tour guide at the underground tunnel – Na Phralan Tunnel, you can use gate 3 or gate 4 to go to the underground  and you can see waiting area with long chair
