Check Out ICON Orlando (formerly Coca-Cola Orlando Eye)
Take a spin on ICON Orlando, the largest observation wheel on the east coast of the United States.
Each high-tech capsule is stocked with an iPad that allows you to take an interactive look at the landmarks and surroundings below you.

Gatorland: The Alligator Capital of the World
Gatorland is a 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve, boasting thousands of crocodiles and of course alligators.
There is also a petting zoo, nature walk, educational wildlife exhibits and shows. Seeing someone wrestle a gator is a show that you can’t catch just anywhere!

LEGOLAND® Florida offering free standard parking during the month of August 2018 and have some fun seasonal attractions happening at the park for summer.
Check out the Great LEGO® Race, a ‘virtual reality roller coaster’ kids and adults alike will love.
Summer weekends will feature a new, entertaining variety show, Brick Builders Live Show on the LEGO® City Stage. This cool show features the head of the Brick Building department for LEGO® City (how cool!) as they try to direct their unpredictable building crew to complete a construction job for LEGO® City Hall.
Guests are encouraged to bring new, unopened school supplies to donate to the Homeless Education Advocates Restoring the Hope program for Polk County Public Schools. Most
needed items include pens, pencils, erasers, scissors and composition notebooks.

Parking details: guests can park for free during the month of August. Pre-purchased standard parking will be upgraded to shaded, premium parking free of charge. Kennedy Space Center
A visit to Central Florida really isn’t complete without spending some time at the inspiring and fascinating Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
During your visit, you will be able to take a tour of NASA’s launch and landing facilities, try out interactive simulators, watch live shows, and experience jaw-dropping encounters with massive rockets.
Depending on when you visit, you may also be able to meet a real astronaut!

Congo River Adventure Golf
You know what’s a really fun thing to do in Orlando in August? Mini-golf, of course!
Congo River offers Florida’s premier adventure golf course, and trust us, it’s fun for the whole family.
Beat the heat and explore caves and waterfalls in a cool, lush tropical environment.
Wait until the sun goes down to get your putt-putt on; Congo River Adventure Golf is open pretty late so you can avoid standing around in the sweltering August heat.

Get out of the heat and head on over to WonderWorks, this amusement park is an arena of oddities, filled with zany exhibits, and a whole lot of fun.

Dolphin Racer Speedboat Cruise
Located in the nearby Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area, this cruise is narrated and travels through elegant homes alone the inland waterways before jetting out into the Gulf of Mexico.
Dolphins love to swim in the wake that is created behind the boat, so it’s actually guaranteed by the tour company that you will see dolphins.

StarLite Majesty Daytime Clearwater Beach Cruise
Also located in the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area, this luxurious cruise aboard a 115 foot vessel is designed for comfort.

For fans of this Japanese art form, the Anime Festival Orlando is a big deal. Come here to enjoy a celebration of all things Japanese pop culture, from food and drink to art, music, movies, and video games.
It’s a must-visit for anime lovers! You can also get single-day admission for not very much money, so it’s a good deal, too.
