Smart Destinations Granted Third Patent for Programmable Ticketing Platform

Smart Destinations was recently granted a third patent on its exclusive programmable ticketing platform, expanding the Company’s technology leadership position within the travel industry.

Smart Destinations, a leading provider of technology-enabled attraction passes in North America, has recently been granted a third patent broadening the scope of protection around its industry-leading attraction ticketing platform. This patent covers additional functionality and delivery options that will improve the services and capabilities of the Company’s Go Card, Explorer Pass and Go Select products.  Following the recent launch of its mobile ticketing delivery option in all of its nine domestic markets, the Company continues to explore creative ways to make visiting attractions more convenient and cost-effective for travelers.

The United States Patent Office has granted the Company patent number 8,775,303 B2 which covers the new technology.
