Getting and using your pass

  • How will I get my pass?
    Your pass will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed. You can then choose between two options – download the pass straight to your phone using the free Go City app, or print your pass and guidebook at home. Links and easy-to-follow instructions for both options will be in your confirmation email.
  • How do I activate my pass?
    Easy – simply visit your first attraction and your pass will activate automatically.
  • How long is my pass valid for?
    30 days. Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. You'll then have 30 days to visit all your attractions. You have one year from the purchase date to activate your pass.
  • Does my pass expire?
    Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. Our Risk Free Guarantee gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a full refund.
  • Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?
    Some attractions do require a reservation before your visit. Please check the attraction page or your guidebook for details. You may need a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.
  • Can I purchase passes on the spur of the moment when I arrive in Boston?
    Yes. There's no need to purchase in advance. Once you've bought your pass it's ready to use. When you visit your first attraction your pass will activate. Be sure to check the reservation policy at each attraction.

Refund policy

  • What is your refund policy?
    Our Risk Free Guarantee gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a full refund. Just contact our Customer Care Team via email: [email protected] and provide your order number for a refund. We will gladly process your refund within two business days.

Placing an order, pricing and discounts

  • Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it?
    No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.
