Your Liberty Ride ticket includes

  • 90-minute guided tour of Lexington and Concord on a New England-style trolley led by a costumed guide

Travel through Lexington and Concord on an old New England-style trolley, ticking off the cities' historic sites. Your costumed guide will narrate the tour and provide all the history, trivia, and fun facts along the way.

Journey along Battle Road and learn all about key moments in revolutionary history, and the important figures that defined American identity and culture. Sit back and enjoy the ride to famous spots, including Lexington Battle Green and the Old North Bridge where the militia faced off against British Regulars.

Hours of Operation

Seasonal: April – May: Weekends only, departing at 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm.

June – October: Daily, departing at 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm.

Know before you go

  • The best way to experience the Liberty Ride is to stay on board the trolley for the duration and return to sites of interest after completing the tour. If you choose to get off the trolley at a designated location, please note that seating cannot be guaranteed on a subsequent tour.
  • Free parking pass will be provided with the purchase of a ticket.

Closest Subway Stop

Take the T: Red Line to Alewife stop. Then board bus 62 or 76 to Depot Square/Lexington Stop. These buses do not run on Sundays or holidays. On those days you may take a taxi from Alewife station or visit the MBTA website for connecting instructions.
