    With the Explorer pass, you can choose the number of attractions you're interested in seeing, either 3, 4, or 5. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 60 days to visit the rest. There is no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This allows you to change your mind and see how you feel in the moment.

  • Can I receive my Go California card through the mail?

    Go California passes are delivered digitally for your convenience. You'll receive your pass over email and can either print it off or download it to the Go City app and start using it instantly.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer a ticket to hand in.

Using my pass

  • How do I use my Go California card?

  • How long does a Go California card last?

    If you have an Explorer pass, it will be valid 60 days from first use, so you'll have plenty of time to visit your attractions.

  • When will my Go California card expire?

    Once you've purchased a Go California pass, you'll have up to a year to use it. As soon as you activate your pass, it'll be valid for up to 30 days.

  • Can other people use my California pass?

    No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    No, if you have an Explorer pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.

  • Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?

    Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

  • Can I get a refund on my Go California pass?
