The impact of Coronavirus on the travel industry has been a shock but we’ve been working tirelessly to assist you in the best way possible.  We hope you will consider continuing with your trip, possibly a little later than planned, and we're committed to providing you with flexible arrangements in order to do so. Booking your trip for future dates will give you something to look forward to and will help support tourism in all our favorite cities.

Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation within the 30 day window from purchasing. Once purchased, you can take up to a year to use your pass.  However, we recognize that many customers bought their passes well in advance of travel, and many attractions have temporarily closed due to COVID-19.  As a result, we are now allowing all customers to extend their passes for up to 2 years. As an added benefit you can even change the city your pass is valid for.   

To take advantage of this one-time offer you need to email our customer service team (details below). Please be aware it may take 7-10 business days for us to come back due to the high volume of queries at the moment.  There is no need to decide on your trip plans now.  Our customer support team will explain how your pass will be extended and any other options or perks available to you.
