Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!)
Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!)
Got your pass? Let the sightseeing begin! Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check our Explorer Pass reservations page before you travel.
When you get to each attraction, tour, or activity, show your pass for entry. You've got total control of your sightseeing - plan ahead, or choose attractions as you go!
With the All-Inclusive Pass, you can visit as many of the top Cancun sights, tours, and must-sees as you wish while your pass is valid.
If you choose a 3, 4, 5, or 7-day All-Inclusive Pass, you'll also get one premium attraction included with your pass. Check out our selection of premium attractions here, you'll see each one marked with a diamond symbol.
Once you've selected your premium attraction, head to the attraction page to find out how to make a reservation or redeem your pass.
Please note: 1-day and 2-day All-Inclusive passes do not come with a premium attraction option.
Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass, over a two-week period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and two additional calendar days over the next two weeks.
We know that no two sightseers are the same, that's why we offer two pass options. For those who want to see as much as possible, we've got All-Inclusive passes. Choose how many days you want your pass to be valid for, and then visits as many attractions as you wish.
And for those of you who are a little pickier, we've got the Explorer Pass. With this pass, you can select how many attractions you wish to visit, and you'll then have 60 days to do so. Plus, there's no need to decide which ones you'll visit before you purchase, so you'll still be able to keep your plans flexible.
Some attractions have capacity restrictions (or are just too darn popular) and therefore require you to book your spot. If this is the case, you'll find the info you need to make a reservation on our website and app's attraction listings. Or, you can click through to the All-Inclusive Pass reservations page or Explorer Pass reservations page to find all the attractions which require a booking.
