Full Day: Chichen Itza, Cenote, Valladolid & Lunch

Meaning, ‘at the mouth of the well of Itza,' Chichén Itzá is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This now derelict city was reportedly established by the Mayan people and was a thriving political and economic powerhouse of the Late Classic and Terminal Classic Period 600-900 AD.

With your pass you'll get to see the famous architectural wonder up close and explore the colonial town of Valladolid at your leisure.

You'll be picked up from your hotel and taken to Chichén Itzá where you'll have two and a half hours to wander around the temples and structures, learning about their history and taking plenty of pictures as you go. Once you've had your fill of the famous pyramid, you’ll enjoy approximately one hour and fifteen minutes at a beautiful cenote, where you can relax and swim in crystal-clear waters. This is followed by a buffet lunch featuring regional dishes.

Then you'll be whisked away to the Magical Town of Valladolid, where you’ll have 30 minutes of free time to explore baroque-style cathedrals, colonial Spanish architecture, and pastel-colored buildings. Afterwards, you’ll head back to your hotel or meeting point, wrapping up the day after this incredible full day excursion to Chichén Itzá.
