While things haven’t returned to complete normality just yet, Go Cancun and our passes’ attractions are working hard to make sightseeing safe, fun, and accessible for everyone.

How may COVID-19 impact your visit to Cancun?

Given that rules and regulations seem to be constantly changing at the moment, you may be wondering how COVID-19 will impact your upcoming trip. It’s hard to keep up, we get it.

To start with, you can check out our All-Inclusive PassExplorer Pass, and Build Your Own Pass pages to see which sights are open or closed - we update these regularly.

We’re working closely with Cancun’s attractions to keep our website and app up-to-date with the latest opening times and safety measures. We’re here to make your trip as smooth-sailing as possible! That being said, we recommend you check directly on the attraction’s website for the latest information. We’ve included links to all our passes’ tours and attractions below - handy right?

We're working with attractions to make entry seamless.

Our updated cancellation policy will help to keep your plans flexible.

We've added more site features to make planning easy.

Attraction pages are being updated with the latest reservation information.

  • Contactless entry No need for print-outs or paper tickets. We’re working closely with our partners to ensure entry to all our attractions and tours are as seamless as possible. You’ll just need to show or scan your pass for entry. So be sure to download our app and get scan-happy.
  • Flexibility You spoke. We listened. In response to this ever-changing world which we currently live in, we’ve acted to ensure sightseeing with us is flexible for you. That’s why we now offer 90-day cancellation for when your plans change. Our passes are also valid two years from purchase.
  • New site features We’ve been working hard to make planning your trip simple. That’s why we’ve added new badges to the attraction lists on our website and app, so you can easily see which attractions are currently open to the public and which have to stay closed due to safety regulations.
  • Forward planning With many attractions now requiring advanced reservations, we’ve been updating our listings with the latest booking information, so you don’t miss out on visiting one of your Cancun must-sees.
