Cancun attractions are now open and welcoming visitors! Capacity restrictions and physical distancing have been lifted, but masks are still required for non-vaccinated individuals.

While things haven’t returned to complete normality just yet, you can still tick your Cancun must-sees off your bucket list! Here's what you need to know before you visit...

Some attractions on your pass will require a booking

Due to ongoing Covid 19 restrictions, some attractions have capacity limitations and will need to be booked in advance.

Please read our All-Inclusive reservation page if you're interested in an All-Inclusive pass or our Explorer reservation page if an Explorer pass is what you're after. You'll find a full list of attractions that require a reservation and all the information you need to book, so be sure to check before you visit.

You can also find booking instructions on each attraction listing on our website and app.

Opening times are subject to change

  • Capacity will be limited at certain attractions. Visitor numbers are currently restricted at several Cancun venues and this may affect wait times and availability. We recommend booking ahead where you can.
  • Opening times are subject to change. Opening hours may vary so we suggest checking the official attraction website before you visit. You'll find these listed below - handy right? While safety regulations are in place, a few attractions are not permitted to open. You'll see these flagged on our attraction lists.
