    Child passes are for ages 3 to 12. Adult passes are for ages 12+.

  • Does the Go Chicago pass include Shedd Aquarium?

    Yes, Shedd Aquarium is included exclusively on  1, 2, 3 and 5-day All-Inclusive passes. With the All-Inclusive pass you will receive priority entry, and able to go straight to the will call door and to enter. It is not included on Explorer pass or Build Your Own pass.

    Once you activate your pass, it will be valid for the number of the consecutive calendar days you purchased. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 2 consecutive days to use the remaining two days of your pass. We suggest starting early on each day to maximize the number of attractions you can visit.

  • How does the Go City App work?

    The Go City app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Download directly to your smartphone and show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission. The app includes your pass(es), Go Boston pass guidebook, itineraries, and more.

  • How will I receive my Go Chicago pass?

    You'll receive the Go Chicago pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You'll then have the option to print off your pass(es) at home or download them onto the free Go City app and use them straight from your phone.

  • How can I look up my order if I lost my email confirmation?

    Visit our Order Lookup page to access your Go Chicago passes or to email customer support if you don't have your order number or email on-hand.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer a ticket to hand in.

    Easy: simply visit your first attraction to activate your Go Chicago pass.

  • How long does a Go Chicago card last?

    If you have an All-Inclusive pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchase. Visiting your first attraction will activate your pass and count as your first calendar day. If you have an Explorer pass, it will be valid 30 days from first use, so you'll have more time to visit your attractions. A Build Your Own pass will also give you 30 days to visit your attractions.

  • Can other people use my Chicago pass?

    No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.

  • Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    If you have a Go Chicago All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass. So, if you want to visit the Shedd Aquarium for every day of your trip - you can. If you have an Explorer or Build Your Own pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.

  • Can I skip the line with a Go Chicago pass?

    You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go Chicago pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission. Look out for other special offers and discounts included with your pass too.
