A. Parking is available at 875 N Michigan Avenue's garage. Vehicle clearance is 6 feet 7 inches and is easily accessible from the Chestnut Street or Delaware Place side of the building. Daily rates are applicable.

Q. What are the best times to visit 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck?
A. 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck is open year-round, and the best times to visit are on clear days during the morning when the crowds are smallest. In the case of inclement weather, you'll will be advised about weather conditions and visibility before entering. Chicago does experience inconsistent weather conditions from time to time, but since they fluctuate and visibility can improve quickly, we advise that you arrive for your ticketed time!

Q. Is there a restaurant or café at 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck?
A. Yes, 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck features a café and bar called CloudBar, where you can enjoy drinks, snacks, and light meals while taking in the breathtaking views. The stylish bar boasts a locally-inspired menu, beers from Chicago microbreweries, and more.

Skydeck Chicago

Please note

  • During peak times and sunset hours, depending on availability, you may have pay an additional fee of $10 per person.
  • You are allowed one visit to Skydeck Chicago for the duration of your pass.
  • All Skydeck Chicago visitors must go through a security check in order to be admitted to the observatory. During peak hours, the security line can be lengthy, but it moves quickly.

A. The Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio Tour is a guided tour of the home and studio of Frank Lloyd Wright, one of America's most celebrated architects.

A. You will see the original home and studio of Frank Lloyd Wright, including his drafting room and living quarters, as well as a museum featuring exhibits on Wright's life and work.

A. The Museum Shop and restrooms are accessible. The Home is not accessible to wheelchairs of any size as all entries have stairs and the Studio balcony is not accessible to wheelchairs. It is only accessible by a steep, narrow stairway. Are the activities safe?

While there are inherent risks in outdoor recreational activities and extreme sports, you will be provided with the skills training and equipment you need to safely engage in activities. You will be required to read and sign a waiver prior to participating in any activities. 

Besides physical activities, what else can I do?

There are often extra activities on offer, including live music, film screenings, yoga classes, adventure dining and more. Visit the attraction website to get the lowdown. 

Do they serve food?

Yes! In fact there are four dining options to choose from, including The Foundry (for quick bites) and a special Forgefire Adventure Dining experience - all fresco meals hot off-the-grill. Please note that you will not be able to bring food or drink from outside, including coolers, into any of the dining establishments.

Can you accomodate guests with disabilities?

What should I wear?

Come dressed for the weather (layers is always a good choice) and appropriate footwear.
