Know before you go

Getting In: Present your Go Chicago pass at the Front Desk of the location to set up your bike rental. There’s no need to purchase individual tickets at any of the Chicago attractions included on your pass.  

  • April 1 through October 31: Please visit the booth at Navy Pier or Millennium Park
  • November 1 through March 31: Please visit the Millennium Park location

Please Note: Your Pass is valid for a half-day (four hours) rental of a City Bike only; rental of a different bike requires separate payment. Customers may extend the half-day rental to a full day rental for only $5.

Bike Chicago Navy Pier is busiest between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. During this time City Bikes often sell out. It is recommended that you pick up your bikes earlier in the day, or call ahead (312-595-9600 ex:0) to ask about bike availability. One of the best views of the city can be found on the Museum Campus between the Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium (which you may also get free admission to with your pass).

It's a quick ride with a great reward.
