The museum is the ideal kid-friendly attraction and has exhibits for a variety of ages, from babies right up to those too cool to be seen with their parents. Chicago Children’s Museum is located on Navy Pier and filled with 15 permanent exhibits, hands-on programs, and free daily art classes.

Thursday: 10AM - 8PM
Friday–Sunday: 10AM - 7PM

Closings & Holidays

Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. All holiday hours are subject to change without notice. On rare occasions, this attraction closes early due to private functions outside of the control of Go City.

Please Note: All children 12 months and over must have a Pass or pay admission. Chicago Children's Museum will be closed Tuesday, September 3rd - Friday, September 5th for annual maintenance and cleaning.
