January-March: No tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

Know before you go

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Look for Gray Line tour guides who are easily identified by their blue shirts. Tours are occasionally not operational due to special events, outside of the control of Go City.

Getting there

Enter the Grant Park North Parking Garage located on the west side of Michigan Ave. just north of Monroe St. and go down the stairs and the office is on the right. For reference, the closest street address is 30 S. Michigan Avenue. There is an elevator just north of the stairs on Michigan Ave. that will take you right to the office on Parking Level 1.

Your pass allows you to ride one bus tour per day. Choose between the North Side, South Shore, or Grand Tour (seasonal).
