  • Tengo un código promocional para el abono Go Chicago, ¿cómo puedo usarlo?

    Desplázate hasta la parte inferior de la página de pago y encontrarás un recuadro para introducir tu código promocional.     Child passes are for ages 3 to 12. Adult passes are for ages 12+.

  • Is it worth buying a Go Chicago child pass?

  • Does the Go Chicago card include public transport?

    The Chicago pass does not include public transport. But some attractions do take you around the city to popular attractions, like the Hop-On Hop-Off Big Bus Chicago 1-Day Tour.

  • Who do I contact if I haven't received my pass?

    Please allow up to two hours to receive your pass and remember to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received it after then, contact our customer services team on the email form or phone numbers listed below.

  • Can I receive my Go Chicago card through the mail?

    Go Chicago passes are delivered digitally for your convenience. You'll receive your pass over email and can either print it off or download it to the Go City app and start using it instantly.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer having a ticket to hand.

  • ¿Cómo activo mi abono?

    Simplemente, visita tu primera atracción para activar tu abono.

  • ¿Cuál es el periodo de validez de mi abono?

    Tienes hasta un año a partir de la fecha de compra para comenzar a utilizar tu abono. El abono caduca después de un año. Si no utilizas tu abono al cabo de 30 días a partir de la fecha de compra, puedes ponerte en contacto con atención al cliente para solicitar la devolución del importe pagado.

  • ¿Cómo puedo recibir mi abono?

    Puedes elegir entre recibir el abono digitalmente por correo electrónico o puedes imprimirlo en casa. Descarga la aplicación gratuita Go City para utilizar el abono directamente desde el teléfono.

  • ¿Puede utilizar mi abono otra persona?

    No, los productos Go Chicago  no son endosables y no pueden revenderse.

  • ¿Puedo visitar la misma atracción más de una vez?

    No, solo puedes visitar una vez cada atracción con tu abono Go Chicago.

  • How long does a Go Chicago card last?

    If you have an All-Inclusive pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchase. Visiting your first attraction will activate your pass and count as your first calendar day. If you have an Explorer pass, it will be valid 30 days from first use, so you'll have more time to visit your attractions. A Build Your Own pass will also give you 30 days to visit your attractions.

  • When will my Go Chicago card expire?

    Once you've purchased a Go Chicago pass, you'll have up to a year to use it. As soon as you activate your pass, it'll be valid for the number of days you've purchased or up to 30 days if it's an Explorer or Build Your Own pass.

  • Can other people use my Chicago pass?

    No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    If you have a Go Chicago All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass. So, if you want to visit the Shedd Aquarium for every day of your trip - you can. If you have an Explorer or Build Your Own pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.

  • Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?

    Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

  • Can I get a refund on my Go Chicago pass?

    Our Risk-Free Guarantee gives you 30 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a full refund. Just contact our Customer Care Team using the form below and provide your order number for a refund.

  • Can I skip the line with a Go Chicago pass?

    You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go Chicago pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission. Look out for other special offers and discounts included with your pass too.

  • Can I upgrade my pass after purchase?

    Unfortunately, we don't have an option to upgrade passes currently. Check out our pass comparison page to see which pass is best for you, whether you're flexible with your travel plans or on a strict time schedule.
