Temple Bar Food Market
Besides the endless list of iconic pubs, Temple Bar District is also home to a fantastic food market spanning different cultures, tastes and atmospheres. From authentic Italian carbonara to freshly shucked oysters, you'll be able to join in on the fun every Saturday and Sunday in Meeting House Square. Howth Market
If you're keen on nipping out to see Howth on the DART, it's worth timing it so you wind up at the weekend Howth Market. It's got the best view of the lot as it's located right on the seaside and while Howth is a sleepy little town, it's got flavours to spare with Malaysian, German and naturally Irish food stalls. You'll also find a few handicrafts if you're looking to take a non-perishable souvenir home. Plus, the pick 'n mix selection is outstanding.

People's Park Market, Dun Laoghaire
Another seaside destination, Dun Laoghaire's sprawling food market is worth the day trip. As one of the biggest markets dedicated to culinary delights, you'll be spoiled for choice with over 50 different stalls touting everything from freshly baked goods to organic produce to luxurious truffles. If you've got little ones in tow, there's a playground nearby - so there's something for everybody at least.

Taking a leaf out of London’s string of hipster food markets, Eatyard brings Dublin’st most exciting independent chefs together for a culinary experience that almost definitely is too cool for you. It’ll be opening up on November 25 to the public and you’ll be able to get a taste of modern Dublin there - multicultural, bold and worth shelling out for.

Leopardstown Farmers Market
Unfortunately, there are no leopards to be found here at Foxrock’s racecourse but there is a pretty fantastic farmers market to explore. As one of the most established markets in Dublin, it’s a popular place for people to grab their greens and whatever else they’re stocking up on for the weeks to come - plus, it’s indoors so you won’t miss out even if the weather takes a turn of the worst.
