Summary

The role of the Affiliate Executive is to support the growth of the affiliate channel within the Performance Marketing team. This is achieved through developing relationships with new and existing partners to enable optimisation of campaigns working across global markets.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan and organise promotional activity with partners, ensuring all objectives of the activity are met
  • Help to develop and create strong relationships with partners
  • Actively recruit new partners to the program to grow the program’s reach
  • Measure success of channel through production of weekly reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Develop ‘test, learn and refine’ plans to successfully identify and test innovative opportunities to grow the channel
  • Manage workload across multiple markets and partners
  • Monitor competitor activity to ensure our program remains competitive
  • Develop strong relationships within the marketing department and wider business
  • Proactively keep abreast of the latest market trends to apply to the business, where applicable

What will you have/Who are you?

Essential:

  • Circa 18 months of a background in sales or marketing
  • Goal-orientated individual who is driven by targets and an ambition to succeed
  • Numerate and analytical person with good general mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Shows initiative and a curiosity to identify opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and competing priorities at once
  • Intermediate Excel skills as well as all other MS Office programs

Desirable:

  • Experience working on non-English campaigns
  • Knowledge of app/web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics
  • Foreign language skills
