Summary


Your role of Paid Media Executive is responsible for driving acquisition campaigns across global markets within the Performance Marketing team. This is achieved through developing best-in-class text and image creatives, A/B testing, and optimisation of campaigns – working across a mixture of paid search, programmatic display, paid social, video and app campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and deliver paid media campaigns for LPG, ensuring all commercial metrics are delivered
  • Apply creativity through text and image creation to continually increase performance
  • Develop ‘test, learn and refine’ plans to successfully drive PPC campaign results in the digital marketing arena through creative and landing page optimisation
  • Support the testing of new channels, markets and platform betas for your destination cities
  • Manage workload across multiple paid media projects including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Verizon Media (Yahoo! Gemini), Baidu, Yahoo! Japan, Naver, Facebook, Instagram and more
  • Measure success of campaigns through development of analysis and reporting where enhancements can be made
  • Audit and problem-solve tracking issues to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance
  • Develop strong relationships within the marketing department and wider business
  • Work to develop and drive improved campaign efficiencies
  • Proactively keep abreast of the latest paid media trends to apply to the business, where applicable

What will you have/Who are you?

Essential:

  • Circa 1+ year’ background in managing PPC campaigns (preferably with large budgets) on Google Ads – familiar with all aspects of the process
  • An understanding of other Paid Search platforms including Bing & Oath: Native & Search
  • Excellent knowledge of the general Search landscape, preferably with context of global markets
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience producing, interpreting and presenting management reports
  • Sound understating of digital marketing in general, and in ecommerce
  • Goal-orientated individual who is driven by sales targets and an ambition to succeed
  • Numerate and analytical person with good general mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good initiative and curiosity to identify opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once – solid project management skills
  • Solid knowledge and working experience of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads Scripts
  • Solid Excel skills as well as all other MS Office programs

Desirable:

  • Experience using bid management software such as Kenshoo or Google Search Ads 360 (DoubleClick Search)
  • Experience working on non-English campaigns
  • Foreign language skills are a bonus
