General Terms and Conditions 

These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (“Rules”) and apply to the current prize draw titled “Explore with Go City” (the “Competition”) featured in any communications unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. 

Go City® reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the same platform where the Competition is hosted or within these terms and conditions. 

Sponsor 

The Sponsor of the competition is Go City Limited, located at Grainhouse 6, Dryden St, London WC2E 9NH. 

Qualifying Entrants 

To qualify to enter the Competition, you must be over the age of 18. 

Employees of Go City®, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, as well as anyone professionally connected to the Competition, are not eligible to enter. 

By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. 

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we believe they have breached any of these Rules. 

In the event that any entrant is disqualified, we may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules. 

Competition Entries 

Only one entry per person is allowed. Any multiple entries will be discounted. 

Competition entries must be submitted anytime from July 3rd, 2025, 8:00am US Eastern Standard Time until August 8th, 2025, 23:59pm US Eastern Standard Time (the “Closing Date”). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible. 

There is no purchase requirement to enter this Competition.  

Entrants must provide their email address to be eligible to win the following prize: 

• 2 x 3-choice Explorer Passes or 2 x 1-day All-Inclusive Passes to any Go City® destination 

The Sponsor will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 

Prize 

The prize winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries within 7 days of the closing date. 

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of the prize draw. The winner will be asked to confirm their pass and destination selection within 7 days of receipt of the email notification. If the prize winner fails to confirm their pass selection, they will no longer be eligible for the prize, and a new prize winner will be selected with the same restrictions.  

Passes must be activated within 1 year of receipt. The duration of use after activation depends on the pass type selected. 

Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Competition organizers, and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. 

Data Protection and Publicity 

We reserve the right to use the winner’s name in promotional materials, both online and in print. No additional personal information will be published without the winner’s prior consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Sponsor, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Sponsor, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Jurisdiction 

The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
