Where do I download my Paris Museum Pass?
You can download your Paris Museum Pass on our reservation portal. You'll need your order number and pass number, as well as the email address that you used to purchase your pass. You can find all this information in your confirmation email.
Will entering a date when I download my Paris Museum Pass count as one of the days I've purchased?
Yes, it will – so please only put in a date that’s within the consecutive days that you plan to use your passes. Once a date has been entered, it will be redeemed and cannot be amended.
For example, if you purchase a 3-day pass to explore Paris on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of March, you can enter any of those three dates. Anything outside of those dates will be automatically redeemed and you may lose one of your purchased days.
How do I visit the museums?
Please check each museum's website for getting in information with the Paris Museum Pass, as each one may be different. Some museums may have fast-track or separate lines for Paris Museum Pass holders. You will not have to wait in ticket lines with the pass, but you may have to reserve a time slot to visit.
