Once you have your card, you're all set. All you need to do is show your Go Helsinki Card at each attraction to be scanned. Some attractions may have exceptions in their opening times so be sure to check before your visit. 

There's no need to pay at the gate, all the attraction admissions on your card are included. In addition you can enjoy several Special Offers. 

The more you do, the more you save.

Can I use public transport with my Go Helsinki Card?

Go Helsinki Card acts as your ticket for unlimited journeys on public transport around Helsinki including buses, trams, metro, commuter trains and Suomenlinna ferry in zones AB only. With the Go Helsinki Card you cannot travel to/from the airport.

If you require transport to / from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport you may wish to buy a Helsinki Region card instead. For more information regarding this option please go to the Collection and Transport pages. 

Tap your Helsinki Card on the card reader until you hear a beep when boarding a vehicle or entering the metro/Suomenlinna ferry.

How many attractions can I visit with my Go Helsinki Card?

You can visit as many included attractions as you like while your Go Helsinki Card is valid. You can visit each attraction once. All the free attraction are listed in your guidebook.

City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour you can visit as many times as you like during 24 hours.

Your card can be used in a wide range of iconic, cultural and historic attractions and tours in Helsinki.

 

How long do I have to use my Go Helsinki Card?

Visiting your first attraction activates your Go Helsinki Card.

Once activated, your card will be valid for 24,48 or 72 hours as indicated on your card. For example, if you have a 2-day (48 hour) Go Helsinki Card and start using it on a Monday at 2pm it will be valid until Wednesday at 2pm.

Please note: Adult cards are for anyone over the age of 16 and child cards are for 7-16-year-olds.
