Getting in

There's no need to make a reservation for your experience. However, when redeeming your ticket customers will be required to indicate their preferred time for the Motion 360 show.

Have your pass scanned by a Big Bus team member at one of the information centers below. They will print you a 24-hour Discover Ticket which you will need to use whenever you board the bus.

What languages is the tour available in? Lots! English, Chinese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish. 

How long is the tour? The tour lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes. 

Is this a hop-on, hop-off experience? No, please note, this tour is a non-stop panoramic tour. The tour finishes back at the K11 MUSEA at 8PM.

How do I get to Ngong Ping 360? You’ll find the Tung Chung cable car terminal adjacent to Tung Chung MTR Station, with easy access by MTR, bus or taxi.

How long does the cable car ride take? The ride from Tung Chung to Ngong Ping is 3.5 miles long and takes approximately 25 minutes.

Is this a guided tour? No, this self-guided visit allows you to explore Ngong Ping and Tai O at your own pace.

What happens if the weather is bad? The cable car service is occasionally suspended in inclement weather such as thunderstorms and monsoons. Please check the Ngong Ping 360 website for latest updates if in doubt.
