How is COVID-19 impacting my upcoming travel plans with my Go City pass?

Unfortunately, most sights are currently closed - please check attraction websites for the most up-to-date information. If your trip is not within the next 7 days, please hold off calling customer service so we can help those traveling immediately.

If your travel plans have now changed, you will still have up to a year from the purchase date to activate your pass. If you are planning on still traveling over the next 24 months, we suggest you hold on to your Go City pass and do not activate it until you can be sure most attractions are open.

I am traveling within 7 days, how do I contact customer service?

Please check individual city pages for FAQ's for further Customer Service support. The list of all our cities can be found on the homepage

How should I prepare for my upcoming trip?

We recommend you check the travel advisory from your local authority and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's website for travel planning.

However, we do advise checking opening times of attractions directly on the attraction website and if unsure we’re on hand to help through our various customer service channels, detailed below.

Please note: all passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and only activated on first use so please be assured that your passes will not expire if your travel date is delayed. More information around extending your pass for an additional 12 months is detailed below.

We also know that your future travel plans may change, that’s why if you buy at the moment we’re offering 30-day free cancellation. This means you can plan your sightseeing safely in the knowledge that you’re protected if plans change.

Where can I get updates?

We recommend you monitor the local government’s website for updates on the situation on a local level.

How do I contact medical or emergency services?

You can contact emergency services by dialing 911, but this number should only be used in case of real incidents. For non-emergencies and general advice dial 311 to speak to an operator who will redirect your call to the appropriate advisory hotline.

How do I extend my pass for 2 years?

We recognize that many customers bought their passes well in advance of travel, and many attractions have temporarily closed due to COVID-19. As a result, we are now allowing all customers to extend their passes for up to 2 years. As an added benefit you can even change the city your pass is valid for.

To take advantage of this one-time offer you need to email our customer service team (details below). Please be aware it may take 7-10 business days for us to come back due to the high volume of queries at the moment.  There is no need to decide on your trip plans now.  Our customer support team will explain how your pass will be extended and any other options or perks available to you.

Thanks for your continued support and we all look forward to when our many world-class attractions and experiences are open again.

Please note: we request you do not ask your bank to chargeback your purchase; simply contact us for assistance.
