3. Enter your email, number of tickets, select a date, accept cancellation policy and booking terms and select "Add to Cart".
4. Enter contact information and credit card information and select "Reserve Now". You will only be charged if you do not show up with a valid pass or do not cancel within 24-hours of the tour start time.
5. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

Please note: you'll have to provide a card number to hold your reservation, but you will only by charged if you fail to cancel your booking over 48-hours before or do not show up for the tour.

Top tip: This tour is popular and space is limited! If this is on your must-see list, book early but keep in mind that Go City customers are charged a $10 fee if booking more than 24 hours in advance. You can avoid this fee by booking within 24 hours of the tour time. Weekdays are generally less busy with more availability to book within 24 hours.

Cancelation policy: you can cancel a tour up to 24 hours prior to your tour date without penalty and receive a full refund. Also prior to 24 hours of your tour date, you can reschedule your tour without penalty. Tour spots are limited.

Walk-ins are accepted, but as this tour is subject to availability, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.
Guests must call or email [email protected] with more than 24 hours notice to book a tour. Tours are capacity controlled so not all time preferences may be available. Guests must provide their Explorer Pass number(s) with the reservation.
Remember if you don't cancel more than four hours before your booked tour it will still count as one of your pass choices.
