Los Angeles - Reservations

This attraction requires a same-day reservation before arrival. For example, if you plan to visit on June 1, you'll need to make your reservation on the morning of June 1.

Please note: it's only possible to make one reservation per pass.

Guests must call or email [email protected] with more than 24 hours notice to book a tour. Tours are capacity controlled so not all time preferences may be available. Guests must provide their  Pass number(s) with the reservation. For groups of 15 or more please email [email protected] prior to visit. 

Any accessibility accommodations must be made 72 hours prior to your visit.  

Remember if you don't cancel more than four hours before your booked tour it will still count as one of your pass choices.

Book your experience online. Enter your 12-digit pass number when prompted. 

All-Inclusive passes include both the Hollywood Sign Tour and the guided Beverley Hills Bike Tour. Both can be used on the same pass.

Walk-ins are accepted, but as this tour is subject to availability, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment on the day. To make a reservation, please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Your full name
• Number of guests
• Your pass numbers
• Date and time of desired tour (please note, All-Inclusive passes must be redeemed by 5:30PM at this attraction and are therefore not valid for evening tours starting later than 6PM).

You will then receive a confirmation email with information on parking, bag policy, COVID-19 and more.

Visit Aquarium of the Pacific's website and then select “Make a Free Reservation” to reserve your time slot.

Reservations are recommended and can only be made on the day. To book, call 877 323-4285 between the hours of 8:30AM – 4:30PM. 

To book your spot, visit the tour website and follow these instructions:

1. Select ‘Book Now’ under the Go Card or Go Explorer Pass.
2. Select ‘Reserve Now’ under the The Getty Center to Griffith Observatory Guided Tour.
3. Enter your email address and number of tickets required and select your preferred date. Accept the cancellation policy and booking terms and select ‘Add to Cart’.
4. Enter your contact information and credit card details and select ‘Reserve Now’. Note that you will only be charged if you do not show up with a valid pass or do not cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.
5. An email confirmation will be sent to you

Please note: cancellations and amendments may be made until noon on the day of your reservation.

If you have a Los Angeles All-Inclusive pass, please note that LEGOLAND® California and San Diego Zoo must be visited on different days.

Reservations can be made in person at the box office on the day of the tour. 

Entry with your pass cannot be combined with any other offer.

The availability schedule will pop up. Choose the number of passengers that will need reservations, along with the desired date. Enter the correct code into the box:

If you have a pass for San Diego, this will be SDGOCARD

If you have a pass for Los Angeles, this will be LAGOCARD

You will still need to provide your Go City attraction pass for scanning upon arrival.

Note: cruise times 7:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:30PM, 3PM, and 5:30PM are Luxury Whale Watch cruise times and if you decide to upgrade to this trip type you can use your pass with an added cost of $13.50-$28.50 paid directly to merchant. 

Reservations are highly recommended as walk-ins will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings can be made in advance through Unlimited Biking's booking portal. 

Cancellation: a credit card is required to secure your spot, but you will only be charged if you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your booking, or in the event of a no-show. If you need to cancel your reservation, email sales@unlimited biking.com.

Top tip: This tour is popular and space is limited! If this is on your must-see list, book early but keep in mind that Go City customers are charged a $10 fee if booking more than 24 hours in advance. You can avoid this fee by booking within 24 hours of the tour time. Weekdays are generally less busy with more availability to book within 24 hours.

Please note: you'll have to provide a card number to hold your reservation, but you will only by charged if you fail to cancel your booking over 48-hours before or do not show up for the tour.

Cancelation policy: you can cancel a tour up to 24 hours prior to your tour date without penalty and receive a full refund. Also prior to 24 hours of your tour date, you can reschedule your tour without penalty. Tour spots are limited.

Please note: admission is free for students and those under 17 years old, but tickets still need to be reserved and passes should still be presented upon entry. On Sundays, admission is free all day – please reserve a ticket online, but there is no need to present your pass for entry.
