The Explorer pass lets you choose a select number of attractions to visit within 30 days. With the Build Your Own pass you can create your own attraction pass to use within 30 days. Once you've chosen your pass type and purchased, it's ready to use. Simply download your pass to the free Go City app and you can start exploring the city and making huge savings. There's no need to choose your attractions before you buy with the Explorer and All-Inclusive pass. You can pick and choose as you go - just be sure to check the attraction page to see if you need to make a reservation before.

    No, the Los Angeles pass does not include transportation. But some attractions do take you around the city to popular attractions, like the Big Bus Los Angeles 1-Day Classic Ticket.

  • What is the age range for child Go Los Angeles passes?

    Child passes are for ages 3 to 12. Adult passes are for ages 12+.

All-Inclusive Pass

  • How does the All-Inclusive pass work?

    The All-Inclusive pass is perfect for sightseers who are only going to be in the city for a short time and want to see as much as they can.

    With this pass, you can choose the number of days you want to sightsee, with 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 days available. You'll have 9am-5:30pm access to all the non-premium attractions for the duration of your pass. If you select a 3, 5, or 7-day pass, you can also choose one of our premium experiences, the Universal Studios Hollywood attraction. Make sure you check out the attraction line up here for the All-Inclusive pass as they vary from pass to pass.

    Once you activate your pass, you'll have 14 calendar days to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. We suggest starting early on each day to maximise the number of attractions you can visit. 

    Don't forget to check the opening times of each attraction you plan to visit too so you don't miss out on anything.

    The more you see, the more you save - with the All-Inclusive pass, you can save up to 50% on attraction ticket prices.

    Want to visit an attraction again? You can. With an All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass.

  • Does the Go Los Angeles All-Inclusive pass have exclusions?

    There is one exclusion: Universal Studios Hollywood is only included on 3, 5 and 7 day passes.

    Otherwise, you can visit each attraction once for the lifetime of your All-Inclusive pass. There's no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can do as many of the All-Inclusive attractions as you want for the lifetime of your pass. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see what you feel like in the moment.

  • How long is my Go Los Angeles All-Inclusive pass valid?

    You can select as many attractions as you want, and you'll have up to 30 days from first activation to visit them in. With the Build Your Own pass, you'll save 10% on attraction admission prices when you select two, 15% when you select three, and 20% if you choose four or more. Getting my pass

  • How will I receive my Go Los Angeles pass?

    You'll receive the Go Los Angeles pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You'll then have the option to print off your pass(es) at home or download them onto the free Go City app and use them straight from your phone.

  • How does the Go City app work?

    The Go City app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Download directly to your smartphone and show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission. The app includes your pass(es), Go Los Angeles pass guidebook, itineraries, and more.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer to have a ticket to hand in.

  • How can I look up my order if I lost my email confirmation?

    Visit our Order Lookup page to access your Go Los Angeles passes or to email customer support if you don't have your order number or email on-hand. 

Using my pass

  • How do I use my Go Los Angeles pass?

    Once you have your pass, it's ready to use. All you have to do is turn up at your chosen attraction and get your pass scanned for admission. Please check individual attractions for reservation details, in case you need to book beforehand.

  • How do I activate my Go Los Angeles pass?

    Easy: simply visit your first attraction to activate your Go Los Angeles pass.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    If you have a Go Los Angeles All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass. So, if you want to visit Madame Tussauds Hollywood every day of your trip - you can. If you have an Explorer or Build Your Own pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.

  • What are Go Line privileges?

    You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go Los Angeles pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission. We've put together a list of attractions that offer Go Line privileges here.
