    Gallery of the South - States of Taste – learn about the local dishes and foodways of each Southern state.
    La Galerie de l'Absinthe – the largest collection of Absinthe artifacts in America.
    Museum of the American Cocktail – a cocktail timeline spanning 1750-1990 with accompanying artifacts.
    The Brunswick Bar – have a drink at the oldest physically operating bar in the city, which came to the museum from Bruning's Restaurant, but was originally made by Brunswick, before they focused on pool tables and bowling lanes. Hands-on cooking classes for kids and adults are available for additional purchase on their website southernfood.org
