Hours of Operation

Sunday-Friday at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm; 
Saturday at 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 1:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It may not be appropriate for children under the age of 6. The last ticket is sold 30 minutes prior to closing.

Tribute Museum Hours:
Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm; 
Sunday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm.

9/11 Anniversary, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Day. All holiday hours are subject to change without notice.

Getting In: Upon arrival, present your New York Explorer Pass at the admission desk and you will be scheduled on the next available tour.
