The 9/11 Memorial & Museum, located at the World Trade Center site, bears solemn witness to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, and February 26, 1993. The Memorial and Museum honor the nearly 3,000 victims of these attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others.

Hours of Operation

Sunday-Thursday, 9AM-8PM;
Friday and Saturday, 9AM-9PM.

Last entry is 2 hours prior to close.

Please note that the last entrance into the museum on September 10th will be at 3PM. The museum is closed to the public on September 11th until 3PM.

Closings & Holidays

While the Museum remains open on the anniversary of September 11th, it is only accessible to 9/11 family members.

Know before you go

Getting In: Please present your pass at the ticket window to receive a timed-ticket for entry. We suggest that you visit the Museum early in the day for the shortest lines and greatest access to your preferred entry time.

Please Note: Your pass includes general admission to the Museum. Guided tours are available for an additional fee payable directly to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
