The National Constitution Center facts
- It's the first museum dedicated to the U.S. Constitution.
- Thomas Jefferson and John Adams are not included in the Signers’ Hall exhibit. Though they are both Founding Fathers and signed the Declaration of Independence, they were both overseas during the Constitutional Convention and neither of them signed the Constitution.
- The limestone used in the construction of this center is from the same quarry as the Empire State Building’s materials.
- It would take you almost three working days to complete every element in the center's main exhibit.
