Six Flags Fiesta Texas Fright Fest

September 13 – November 2, 2019

SeaWorld San Antonio Howl-O-Scream

September 27 – October 27, 2019

This great family-friendly event is perfect for kids during the day and best for the older guests at night. Spend the day at SeaWorld San Antonio indulging in gently spooky fun like in-park trick-or-treating, a delightful hay maze, and a charming pumpkin patch. At night, be scared silly by Dark Side of the Gardens, a fantastic haunted house with some seriously creepy trees and one majorly spooky forest. Zoo Boo! at San Antonio Zoo

September 21 - October 31, 2019

Join the San Antonio zoo for daytime trick-or-treating, games & costumes. You and your kids can trick-or-treat inside the zoo in a safe and non-scary Halloween habitat, every weekend in October. Guests are encouraged to wear non-scary costumes. Adults over the age of 12 are kindly asked to refrain from wearing masks. Animal lovers will relish the chance to visit this exciting zoo. With more than 700 critters inhabiting over 50 acres, there’s bound to be a new species for you to encounter. Kids will love their signature rides like the historic train and a themed carousel. Rio San Antonio Cruise

Cool off in the admittedly still hot fall afternoons with a leisurely San Antonio river cruise. Explore the bustling riverfront in downtown San Antonio, see many top sights and landmarks, and enjoy your time out on the water. Natural Bridge Caverns

Texas Hill Country & LBJ Ranch Tour

Go full Texan and head to Lyndon B. Johnson's boyhood home, LBJ ranch, and Texas Hill. After a quick visit to LBJ's boyhood home, you'll head over to the "Texas White House". This is where Johnson and First Lady Claudia "Lady Bird" Taylor resided when they weren't in Washington. An underrated aspect of the tour is the insight you get into the German migration and influence on the area, including the town of Luckenbach. It also just so happens that an award-winning winery is located in Luckenbach nowadays.
