If your travel plans have been disrupted, but you are planning on exploring San Antonio within the next two years, we suggest you hold on to your Go San Antonio pass and do not activate it until your next trip.

The Go San Antonio pass is an attraction pass that gives you combined savings on San Antonio's best things to do. You can choose from two different passes, both tailored to different types of travelers.
How does the Go San Antonio pass work?
There are two pass types to choose from - Explorer and Build Your Own. The Explorer pass lets you choose a select number of attractions to visit within 60 days. The Build Your Own pass lets you create your own attraction pass to use within 30 days. Once you've chosen your pass type and purchased, it's ready to use. Simply download your pass to the free Go City app and you can start exploring the city and making huge savings. There's no need to choose your attractions before you buy with the Explorer pass. You can pick and choose as you go – just be sure to check the attraction page to see if you need to make a reservation before.
How does the Explorer pass work?
The Explorer pass is perfect for sightseers who are visiting a city for longer and want to take their time seeing the sights without much of a time constraint.
With the Explorer pass, you can choose the number of attractions you're interested in seeing, either 3, 4 or 5. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 60 days to visit the rest. There is no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This means you can change your mind and see how you feel in the moment.

How does the Build Your Own pass work?
The Build Your Own pass is perfect for sightseers who know exactly what attractions they want to visit and want plenty of time to visit them in.
You can select as many attractions as you want, and you'll have up to 60 days from first activation to visit them in. You'll receive the Go San Antonio pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You'll then have the option to print off your pass(es) at home or download them onto the free Go City app and use them straight from your phone.

Can I receive my Go San Antonio pass through the mail?
Go San Antonio passes are delivered digitally for your convenience. You'll receive your pass over email and can either print it off or download it to the Go City app and start using it instantly.
Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?
Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer a ticket to hand in.

Once you've purchased a Go San Antonio pass, you'll have 24 months to use it. As soon as your Explorer or Build Your Own pass is activated will be valid 60 days.
Can other people use my San Antonio pass?
No. Once a pass is activated (by using it at an attraction), it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.
Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
If you have an Explorer or Build Your Own pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.
Do I need to make reservations to enter attractions?
Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.
Can I get a refund on my Go San Antonio pass?
Our cancellation policy gives you 90 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a refund.

Can I skip the line with a Go San Antonio pass?
