How do I get my pass?

Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!).

Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).

How do I use my Explorer Pass?

Got your pass? Let the sightseeing begin! When you get to each attraction, tour, or activity, show your pass for entry.

Many attractions will allow you to walk in on the day, but some need to be booked in advance. Be sure to check our Explorer Pass reservations page before you travel to see which attractions require a booking. You can also find the booking details on each attraction's page under 'Know before you go'.

Remember, your pass only activates when you visit your first attraction, so making reservations won't activate your pass.

What's included with my pass and what are premium attractions?

With the Explorer Pass, you can pick 2, 3, 4, or 5 attractions to visit from our list of top San Antonio sights, tours, and must-sees.

When you select your 2, 3, 4, or 5-choice Explorer Pass, you'll also get one premium attraction included with your pass. Check out our selection of premium attractions here, you'll see each one marked with a diamond symbol.

Once you've selected your premium attraction, head to the attraction page to find out how to make a reservation or redeem your pass.

How long do I have to use my pass?

Visiting your first chosen attraction will activate your pass. From then on, you can go at your own pace – you'll have 60 days to visit the rest. Sweet!

  • Do I need to make a booking before I visit any of the attractions on my pass?

    Some attractions have capacity restrictions (or are just too darn popular) and therefore require you to book your spot. If this is the case, you'll find the info you need to make a reservation on our website and app's attraction listings. Or, you can click through to our reservations page to find all the attractions which require a booking.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    Sorry, you can only visit each attraction once.
