    In light of the outbreak, Go San Diego has automatically updated passes to be valid for two years from the purchase date. If your travel plans have been disrupted, but you are planning on exploring San Diego within the next two years, we suggest you hold on to your Go San Diego pass and do not activate it until your next trip.

    There are three pass types to choose from - All-Inclusive, Explorer and Build You Own. The All-Inclusive pass offers unlimited entry to Go San Diego attractions for a select number of consecutive days. The Explorer pass lets you choose a select number of attractions to visit within 30 days. With the Build Your Own pass you can create your own attraction pass to use within 30 days. Once you've chosen your pass type and purchased, it's ready to use. Simply download your pass to the free Go City app and you can start exploring the city and making huge savings. There's no need to choose your attractions before you buy with the Explorer and All-Inclusive pass. You can pick and choose as you go - just be sure to check the attraction page to see if you need to make a reservation before.

    Child passes are for ages 3 to 12. Adult passes are for ages 12+.

  • How does the All-Inclusive pass work?

    The All-Inclusive pass is perfect for sightseers who are only going to be in the city for a short time and want to see as much as they can.

    With this pass, you can choose the number of days you want to sightsee, with 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 consecutive days available. You'll have 9am-5:30pm access to all the attractions for the duration of your pass. Make sure you check out the attraction line up here for the All-Inclusive pass as they vary from pass to pass.

    Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass.

    Don't forget to check the opening times of each attraction you plan to visit too so you don't miss out on anything.

  • How does the Explorer pass work?

    The Explorer pass is perfect for sightseers who are visiting a city for longer and want to take their time seeing the sights without much of a time constraint.

    With the Explorer pass, you can choose the number of attractions you're interested in seeing, either 3, 4, 5 or 7. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 60 days to visit the rest. There is no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the pass, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see how you feel in the moment.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

  • Do you offer military or senior citizen discounts?

  • How does the Go City App work?

    The Go City app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Download directly to your smartphone and show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission. The app includes your pass(es), Go San Diego pass guidebook, itineraries, and more.

  • How will I receive my Go San Diego pass?

    You'll receive the Go San Diego pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You'll then have the option to print off your pass(es) at home or download them onto the free Go City app and use them straight from your phone.

  • How can I look up my order if I lost my email confirmation?

    Visit our Order Lookup page to access your Go San Diego passes or to email customer support if you don't have your order number or email on-hand.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer to have a ticket to hand in.

  • How do I use my Go San Diego pass?

    Once you have your pass, it's ready to use. All you have to do is turn up at your chosen attraction and get your pass scanned for admission. Please check individual attractions for reservation details, in case you need to book beforehand.

  • How do I activate my Go San Diego pass?

    Simply visit your first attraction to activate your Go San Diego pass.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    If you have a Go San Diego All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the lifetime of your pass.

    If you have an Explorer or Build Your Own pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once. 

  • What are Go Line privileges?

    You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go San Diego pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission. We've put together a list of attractions that offer Go Line privileges here.
