Check if attractions require a booking

Due to ongoing restrictions, some attractions on our pass will still require you to book a slot before you visit. 

You'll find a full list of the attractions that require a reservation on our All-Inclusive Pass reservation page and our Explorer Pass reservation page, plus all the information needed to book a slot (you'll also find this info on each attraction listing on our website and app!).

Opening times are subject to change

  • Capacity will be limited at certain attractions. Visitor numbers are currently restricted at several San Francisco attractions and this may affect wait times and availability. We recommend booking ahead where you can.
  • Opening times are subject to change. Opening hours may vary so we suggest checking the official attraction website before you visit. Some attractions may also have to close temporarily during this time. You'll see these flagged on our All-Inclusive Pass and Explorer Pass pages.

What are we doing to help you sightsee?

We're offering 90-day cancellation on unused passes. In response to this ever-changing situation, we’re doing everything we can to make sure that sightseeing with us is flexible for you. With our 90-day cancellation policy, you can obtain a refund for unused passes for up to 90 days from purchase, giving you greater security when planning your trip.

Don't forget that our passes are valid for two years from purchase, so you can postpone your trip to a later date and use them when it suits you.

We're committed to making sure you have a great time. While this ever-changing situation makes it tricky to organize a trip, we're working closely with attractions to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
