Please redeem your tickets on the day of your visit on the Go City redemption page. You'll need your order number and pass number to complete the process. There is no need to reserve in advance. Remember your pass must be valid at the time of redemption.

You'll receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket.

To book your spot, fill in DMZ Tour's booking form at least two days in advance. You will receive confirmation of your booking which can be used to join the tour. Tour is available in either English or Mandarin.

To book your seat, fill in Cookin' Nanta Musical Comedy Show's booking form at least 48 hours in advance of your visit. You will then receive a confirmation email with a QR code for entry.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours in advance of your booked performance time. Please contact [email protected] if you need to cancel.

If available, you can upgrade to a VIP seat on arrival for ₩11,000 (around $8).

Please request your card via the Go City booking portal on the day you want to pick up your card, you'll then receive an email with your six-digit voucher code to use to claim your card. Make sure your pass is valid when you redeem it for your card.
