    There are two pass types to choose from - All-Inclusive and Explore. The All-Inclusive pass offers unlimited entry to Go Singapore attractions for a select number of days. The Explorer pass lets you choose a select number of attractions to visit within 30 days. Once you've chosen your pass type and purchased, it's ready to use. Simply download your pass to the free Go City app and you can start exploring the city and making huge savings. There's no need to choose your attractions before you buy with the Explorer and All-Inclusive pass. You can pick and choose as you go - just be sure to check the attraction page to see if you need to make a reservation before.

  • What does the Go Singapore pass include?

    Go Singapore passes include admission to Singapore's best things to do for a set number of days or a fixed number of attractions. You'll also get skip-the-line access to select attractions with your pass and special pass offers too. These may include gift shop discounts and much more.

  • Does the Go Singapore pass include transportation?

    No, the Singapore pass does not include transportation. But some attractions do take you around the city to popular attractions, like the Hop-On Hop-Off Big Bus Singapore: 1-Day Classic Ticket.

  • What is the age range for child Go Singapore passes?

    Child passes are for ages 3 to 12. Adult passes are for ages 12+.

All-Inclusive Pass

  • How does the All-Inclusive pass work?

    The All-Inclusive pass is perfect for sightseers who are only going to be in the city for a short time and want to see as much as they can.

    With this pass, you can choose the number of days you want to sightsee, with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days available. You can visit attractions or tours once per life of pass for the duration of your pass. Make sure you check out the attraction line up here for the All-Inclusive pass as they vary from pass to pass.

    Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass. 

    Don't forget to check the opening times of each attraction you plan to visit too so you don't miss out on anything.

  • Does the Go Singapore All-Inclusive pass have exclusions?

    There is one exclusion: You can only redeem your pass at River Safari OR Singapore Zoo. Your pass does not allow for entry to both. 

    Otherwise, you can visit each attraction once for the lifetime of your All-Inclusive pass. There's no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the pass, you can do as many of the All-Inclusive attractions as you want for the lifetime of your pass. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see what you feel like in the moment.

  • Do I need to make reservations at any attractions?

    Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

  • How long is my Go Singapore All-Inclusive pass valid ?

    The Explorer pass is perfect for sightseers who are visiting a city for longer and want to take their time seeing the sights without much of a time constraint.

    With the Explorer pass, you can choose the number of attractions you're interested in seeing, either 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7. Once you've activated your pass by visiting an attraction, you'll then have up to 30 days to visit the rest. There is no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the card, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see how you feel in the moment.

  • Do you ship Go Singapore passes?

    You'll receive everything digitally for your own convenience, so you can purchase a pass from anywhere in the world. This also gives you the option to purchase passes before your trip or while you're away.

  • Can I upgrade my pass after purchasing?

    Unfortunately, we don't have an option to upgrade passes currently. Check out our pass comparison page to see which pass is best for you, whether you're flexible with your travel plans or on a strict time schedule.

  • Can I purchase a Go Singapore pass for someone else?

    Yes. Just make sure to use their name and email address at checkout.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    Yes, we do. If you are traveling with a group of 10 or more, you may be eligible for a group discount. Please contact [email protected] or fill out our Group Travel form to learn more about special rates.

  • Do you offer military or senior citizen discounts?

    No, we don't offer discounts for seniors, military, or students. If you sign up to our Go City emails, you can save even more on your first All-Inclusive or Explorer pass purchase.

Digital Pass

  • How does the Go City App work?

    The Go City app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Download directly to your smartphone and show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission. The app includes your pass(es), Go Singapore pass guidebook, itineraries, and more.

  • How will I receive my Go Singapore pass?

    You'll receive the Go Singapore pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You'll then have the option to print off your pass(es) at home or download them onto the free Go City app and use them straight from your phone.

  • How can I look up my order if I lost my email confirmation?

    Visit our Order Lookup page to access your Go Singapore passes or to email customer support if you don't have your order number or email on-hand. 

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer to have a ticket to hand in.

Using my Go City Pass

  • How do I use my Go Singapore pass?

    Once you have your pass, it's ready to use. All you have to do is turn up at your chosen attraction and get your pass scanned for admission. Please check individual attractions for reservation details, in case you need to book beforehand.

  • How do I activate my Go Singapore pass?

    Easy: simply visit your first attraction to activate your Go Singapore pass.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

    If you have a Go Singapore All-Inclusive pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass, with the exception of Singapore Zoo and River Safari. So, if you want to visit S.E.A. Aquarium for every day of your trip – you can. If you have an Explorer pass, you'll be able to visit your selected attractions once.

  • What are Go Line privileges?

    You'll get skip-the-ticket-line access to select attractions with your Go Singapore pass. Each attraction will specify whether this exclusive privilege is included with admission. We've put together a list of attractions that offer Go Line privileges here.
