Please visit the Go City booking portal at least 48-hours in advance to book your spot, you'll need your order/pass number and the email you used to purchase with. Follow the steps to pick the date and time you'd like to visit and complete your booking.

You'll then receive a confirmation email and you’re good to go. You can reschedule or cancel your reservation in the booking portal if you change your plans.

Tickets for the Royal Albatross Dinner Cruise package must be purchased separately on the Tall Ship website under "Go City Promotion". Please enter the promo code GOCITY125 for a $125 ticket discount at checkout. The Royal Albatross team will subsequently be contacting you for information on your 16-digit Go City Pass ID.

Your $125 discount voucher must be redeemed online while your pass is valid. Sailing dates can be either within or outside of the validity period of your pass.

Make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance by sending an email to [email protected], stating your pass numbers, number of tickets required (adults and children), and the preferred date and time of visit. We will make the booking on your behalf and you will receive an email confirmation, along with your e-ticket, as soon as possible. No changes / cancellations allowed once e-tickets have been issued.

If your pass number is not provided, Monster Day Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking and release the slot.

A minimum of two people is needed for the operator to run this tour - they'll let you know if the tour is running when you make your reservation.

Minimum age requirement for children is 7 years old. 

Please note: you will not be able to cancel or reschedule once your booking is confirmed.
