Stromma terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the  Stockholm Pass holder (the customer) and Destination Stockholm AB (Destination  Stockholm). By purchasing a Stockholm Pass, the customer accepts these terms and  conditions.

Each attraction included in the Stockholm Pass is the provider of the services for which  Stockholm Pass can be used as a payment. The customer therefore recognizes that,  while visiting an attraction, the customer only has a contractual relationship with the  operator of the attraction in question, and it is only the attractions’ terms and conditions  that are applicable in connection with the visit.

The attractions included in the Stockholm Pass are in these terms and conditions  referred to as “partners” to Stockholm Pass.

1. Stockholm Pass

The purpose of Stockholm Pass is to facilitate access to each attraction listed on the  Stockholm Pass website for the chosen duration.

Stockholm Pass is an instrument equipped with a QR code. The different attractions  included by the card are obligated to accept a display of the card as the only  compensation for entry to the attraction.

Stockholm Pass is valid during the period of validity referred to in item 5 below and can  be used within the value limits specified in item 6.

Stockholm Pass cannot be used for return visits to any Attraction except on the Hop On - Hop Off buses and Hop On Hop Off boats run by Stromma which grant you unlimited travel for your pass duration

2. The Customer

The customer is the person to whom Stockholm Pass was issued.

A limit of one person per Stockholm Pass is strictly enforced, although customers may  purchase passes for others who will be the sole users of their respective pass.  Stockholm Pass cards may not be resold or provided, except for contracted providers of  Destination Stockholm’s products. The use of a single card to gain admissions by  multiple individuals constitutes fraud and may be subject to legal action and damages. 3. Rights and duties of the customer

The customer must date the Stockholm Pass with the date of first use, otherwise the  Stockholm Pass will not be valid. The customer can date the card by him- or herself on  the back of the card.

During the period of validity for Stockholm Pass, the customer is given the possibility to  use the attractions offered by the partners that are listed on the Stockholm Pass website. The customer is not entitled to any reimbursement for unused or not consumed services  or for partners’ attractions being closed during the card’s period of validity. The customer  is not entitled to any reimbursement if the contract between Destination Stockholm and a  partner is terminated or if the partner’s attraction for any other reason is not longer  included in the Stockholm Pass.

Destination Stockholm is not liable for any deficiencies in the service provided by the  partner, including but not limited to problems with admission, security problems, or  personal injury that could occur when the customer visits any attraction included in his or  her card. Destination Stockholm is also not liable for traffic conditions or weather that  may impact a customer’s ability to reach, visit or enjoy an included partner. Customers of  Destination Stockholm recognize and accept that they visit any partner voluntarily and  entirely at their own risk.

All and any complaints or claims must be made directly to the partner concerned. The Stockholm Pass is a certification of value, and the customer is obliged to store his or  her Stockholm Pass carefully.

In case of any complaint relating to the purchase, the customer must turn directly to  Destination Stockholm.

4. Liability

Destination Stockholm shall not be liable for any deficiencies, damages, losses, or non provision of services by individual partners. Any complaints and claims the customer may  have regarding the use of the services of a partner can therefore only be raised against  the relevant partner to Destination Stockholm. In such a case, the terms and conditions  of the relevant partner of Destination Stockholm shall apply. Destination Stockholm is not  liable for complaints that arise during the customer’s visit to the partner’s attraction. 5. Period of validity

The Stockholm Pass is valid for one, two, three or five consecutive days. The card will be  activated on the first time that it is registered at an attraction and will then be valid for the  number of hours printed on the card. The Stockholm Pass must be redeemed within one

year of its purchase or during the validity period printed on the card; thereafter, the card  shall no longer be valid. If the contract between Destination Stockholm and a partner is  terminated, the Stockholm Pass shall no longer be valid for that attraction. 6. Value limits

The Stockholm Pass has a value limit which entails that the card can only be used within  the limits of a predetermined total value of the customer’s used entries to attractions. If  the Stockholm Pass value limit is reached, the card is no longer valid for further use. For  current value limits for each respective period of validity, see here.

7. Loss of the card

No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards.

8. Right to cancel purchase

Destination Stockholm comply with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, which means  that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days from the purchase.  At regretted purchase the customer has to contact Destination Stockholm by phone or e mail within 30 days from the purchase. The Customer may also choose to use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard template accessible on the Agency’s website and which can be downloaded here (in Swedish). If this template is used, the customer shall complete the form and send it by email or to the address below. The card will then be  sent back to Destination Stockholm at the address below.
