We are now offering refunds on unused passes up to 90 days after purchase.
We know that now more than ever, flexibility is key when you are planning a trip, we want to give you greater security to make planning your getaways that much more enjoyable.
For all customers, that purchase passes from December 16, 2020 onwards, you can now obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 90 days after purchase, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If your request falls outside of this 90-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have two years in which to use your pass.
For any purchases made before December 16, 2020, please refer to the Stromma terms and conditions.
If you have any questions or would like a refund on non-activated passes, please contact our customer care team via email: [email protected] and provide your order number for a refund.
Please note: activated passes are non-refundable. Visiting any attraction activates your pass.
