To book your spot, email [email protected] or call 1800 326 822 with your pass number, preferred date and time of departure. Walk-ins at the Fantasea counter on Circular Quay Wharf 6 and Darling Harbour Wharf Pier 26 (Shop 2B) are accepted but subject to availability on the day.

In your email you should include your pass number(s), preferred date and time of visit and how many tickets, adult and children, you need. You'll then get an email confirmation and your email tickets sent out to you.

Once you receive confirmation you will need to pick up your tickets at the Sydney Opera House Welcome Centre on the lower concourse, where your pass will also be scanned.

Walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are unlikely over peak seasons.

Please note: child passes are not accepted on this cruise. Redemptions for this activity are made 72 hours before the cruise date and your pass at that time becomes non-refundable.
