We're glad you asked. We are Go City and we're here to revolutionize the way you vacation. Our passes give you access to the city's top attractions, and what's more, we make it super easy.
All you've got to do is choose the pass that works for you, then you’re all set to explore.
Our child passes are for ages three to 12.
Once your request has been reviewed, which is usually within 24 hours of receipt, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends).
If you haven't received your refund after this time, please let us know and we'll look into it for you.
Our customers save up to 50% vs. buying individual tickets at top attractions (the sights you guys visit the most).
Our savings compare the Go City price with the combined 'normal ticket values' of each attraction on our sample itineraries. Individual savings may vary. Normal ticket values include taxes and are the price you pay at the most popular time to visit without discounts.
Please note prices at attractions can vary without notice to Go City. Normal ticket values were last updated on April 1, 2023.
Unfortunately not. You'll need to have your pass on the Go City app, or have the PDF downloaded to your phone or printed in order to enter attractions.
The Go City app is your key to exploring the city. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app. Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction.
Plus, we've loaded the app with plenty of useful attraction info, itineraries and much more to make planning and exploring even easier.
Your pass will activate when you scan it at your first attraction.
If you have an All-Inclusive Pass, you'll be able to enter attractions from 9AM to 5:30PM. If you wish to visit an attraction in the evening, you'll need to make sure you show or scan your pass at the entrance before 5:30PM. You will then be welcome to stay 'til closing time.
However, if you have an Explorer Pass, you can visit at any time during your chosen attraction's operating hours.
Sorry, we don't. Our passes already give you great savings on sightseeing, so, unfortunately, we can't offer any further discounted rates on individual passes.

Once you've purchased your passes, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to download and activate them.
Purchased a pass but still waiting for your confirmation email? Or has your order been declined? If so, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You submitted an incomplete or incorrect billing address.
- Your 3D Secure authentication failed.
- Your bank did not process the transaction as a safety precaution and requires further authorization from you.
- There was a typo in the email address.

Oh, and don’t forget to double check your junk folder – sometimes our confirmation emails accidentally end up there.
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay as well as most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
While our passes don't include public transport, they do have a variety of tours and sightseeing buses to choose from. Some might say that's even better than a busy public bus. Just saying.
We know that no two sightseers are the same. That's why we offer two pass options. For those who want to see as much as possible, we've got All-Inclusive passes: choose how many days you want your pass to be valid for, then visit as many attractions as you wish.
And for those of you who are a little pickier, we've got the Explorer Pass: select how many attractions you want to visit, and you'll then have 60 days to do so. Plus, there's no need to decide which ones to go for before you purchase, so you'll still be able to keep your plans flexible.
Pfft, this isn't your ex's Netflix account. Our passes cannot be resold or used by more than one person. We're sorry about that!

Well, it depends:
If you have an Explorer Pass, you'll have 60 days from first use to visit your remaining attractions.
All-Inclusive passes are valid for the number of days you purchased, over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass.
Non-activated Explorer and All-Inclusive passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Some attractions may require a reservation. You can find out which ones need to be booked in advance by visiting our reservation page on each city. Just remember, if you need to make a booking to visit an attraction, your pass must be valid on the day that you visit.
Plans changed? No sweat! Our cancelation policy gives you 90 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a refund. Just contact our customer care team using the form below and provide your order number for a refund.
With an All-Inclusive Pass, you can visit most attractions once per day for the duration of your pass. So, say you didn't quite make it around a museum before closing time, you can always go back the following day (if the attraction doesn't require a booking, of course).
Please note: Universal Studios Hollywood can only be visited once with an All-Inclusive Pass.
With an Explorer Pass, you can only visit each attraction once.

Some of our attraction partners allow you to make a reservation via our easy-to-use Go Reserve online portal. If an attraction requires a reservation through our portal, you'll find instructions on how to do so in the 'Know before you go' section of the attraction's page on our website and app.
When you make a reservation on the Go Reserve platform, this will count towards your pass usage.
If you have an All-Inclusive Pass: your reservation must be made on a day in which your pass is, or will be, activated.
If you have an Explorer Pass: your reservation will count as one of your choices.
If you fail to show up, or do not cancel in enough time, your reservation will still count as one of your days/choices.
