Reservations are required.

Please email, reservations@bigeasy.com, to reserve your spot in advance. Be sure to include your name, phone number, requested dates and pass number(s).

Subject to availability. To reserve your tour in advance please call, (504) 566–1290. Passenger name and Go New Orleans pass number is needed at time of booking. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation, but you will only be charged if you are a no-show. Your pass is still required for scanning upon arrival.

Your pass must be valid on the day of your chosen class. If it's not, full payment must be given to attend.

Please reserve your tour online at least 24 hours in advance. You will be asked to enter your 12-digit confirmation number to secure your spot.

You'll need to provide a phone number in your reservation as this experience is remotely hosted.
