When to Visit

October is the most festive time to visit the Salem Witch Museum, when the city comes alive for all of the Halloween events and happenings. However, other times of the year have the appeal of less crowds and shorter lines. For a happy-medium, visit early in October and keep in mind that the closer it gets to Halloween, the busier the town of Salem gets. Arrive early to get your tickets right when the museum opens at 10:00 am to ensure you get the best options for museum presentation times.
