Visiting Las Vegas for just a couple of days and wondering how best to see the city? Look no further than this handy guide.

The Entertainment Capital of the World is so packed with awesome sights and exciting attractions that it can be hard to select what to do if your time is limited.

But don’t worry, we’ve taken care of the hard part for you!

This 2-day itinerary includes:

  • Big Bus
  • High Roller
  • Las Vegas Strip Helicopter Tour
  • Hollywood Cars Museum & Liberace Garage
  • Banachek’s Mind Games
  • And more!

Day 1

Morning

With so much to see and do in Vegas, it can be tricky to know where to start, so you should get acquainted with the city on a super-efficient hop-on hop-off tour with Big Bus. You’ll see the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, the Linq Promenade, Treasure Island, The STRAT, the Arts & Antiques District and Downtown as well as all of the exciting sights of the Strip.

Along the tour, a live guide will give a fun and informative commentary about this unique city and its history. You can hop on and off at your leisure, or stay aboard for the full 2.5-hour loop and take in the sights through the window.

Afternoon

Now you know your way around the city at street level, it's time to go sky high and see Las Vegas from above. Your pass gives you daytime admission to the High Roller Observation Wheel, the tallest observation wheel in the Americas at a staggering 550 ft (163 meters).

Its floor-to-ceiling glass windows give you incredible 360-degree views over the city during its 30-minute revolution.

Evening

If the High Roller didn’t satisfy your daredevil lust for heights then this will: take a Las Vegas Strip Helicopter Tour – a premium attraction with Go City – and see the city in all its neon glory as the sun sets on your first day in Las Vegas.

Flights are available in the daytime too, but at night is when the city really comes alive, and you won’t want to miss the opportunity to soar above the neon lights of Sin City - there’s nothing quite like it!

Day 2

Morning

Las Vegas isn’t all casinos and crazy nightlife, there’s plenty to do in the daytime too, and the city is peppered with awesome museums, particularly ones that pay homage to the celebrities that have left their mark on the city.

Fans of the stars will delight in getting up close to the awesome waxwork replicas of their favorite celebs at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas.

You won’t find any glass cases or 'do not touch' signs at Madame Tussauds – in fact, here, you’re encouraged to touch and pose with your favorite figures, including Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, the Kardashians and one of Vegas’ most famous stars: Elvis Presley.

If seeing the waxwork replicas of these famous faces wasn’t enough, head over to the Hollywood Cars Museum & Liberace Garage to get up close to some famous motors from over 100 of your favorite Hollywood movies.

On display, you’ll find cars from the James Bond 007 franchise, Herbie, the Batmobile and the Delorean from Back to the Future, among many many others. You’ll also see Liberace’s incredible, totally OTT limousine encrusted with thousands of crystals!

Afternoon

Following a morning of museums, you’ll be keen to get out and enjoy that Nevada sunshine. Join on to the Fremont Street Walking Tour and learn all about Las Vegas’ rise from its very beginnings, quite literally from where it all started in 1905, at the corner of Fremont Street and Main Street, the city was established.

The area around Fremont Street is dotted with all sorts of cool things to see including the infamous Vegas Vic, see the famed Golden Nugget and Las Vegas’ craziest wedding chapel in Neonopolis.

Evening

A Vegas trip wouldn't be complete without a show and you mustn’t leave the city without seeing one. Use your pass to see the totally mystifying Banachek's Mind Games and prepare to have your mind blown by one of the world’s best mentalists, magicians and ‘thought-readers’.

His incomparable ability to stun with mind tricks and illusions has to be seen to be believed!

This magical way to end your stay is certain to leave you wanting more...
