DAY 1 Stop #1: Duck Tours South Beach

There’s no better way to start off a weekend getaway to Miami than with a 90-minute, comprehensive tour aboard one of the city's famous "Duck Boats." These delightful tours are hosted aboard a charming amphibious vessel that will escort you all throughout South Beach and beyond. You'll see all the top sites and immerse yourself into the local South Beach scene. This interactive and informative tour will showcase local landmarks and points of interest like the famous architecture in the Art Deco District, the gorgeous mansions in Millionaire’s Row, Star Island, and lots more. It’s a great opportunity to take some memorable photos, too. This tour takes 90 minutes, and advance reservations are required. Stop #2: Miami Beach Botanical Garden (free!)

After your cruise, why not explore the natural world of Miami with a visit to the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens, an urban oasis? This totally free attraction is filled with subtropical plants that are native to Florida including charming trees, flowers, grasses and more. There are over 2 and a half acres to explore, so you can really immerse yourself in nature! The garden also often features cultural and artistic programs for all ages throughout the year. Be sure to check out their calendar of events to see what's on during your visit. We recommend reserving at least an hour to explore. Getting In: Admission to the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens is free!

Stop #3: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise

What’s more Miami than gorgeous blue waters? This 80-minute Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise is the perfect opportunity to see the natural and architectural highlights of Biscayne Bay, all while relaxing on a premier cruise. Enjoy taking in the beauty of the Venetian Islands and the Bay itself as you sip refreshing drinks -- alcoholic or non, per your pleasure. You’ll also be able to see celebrity homes and other significant landmarks in South Beach, like the Miami Herald Building and American Airlines Arena (home of the Miami Heat). There are multiple departures daily with a fleet of three different boats. While reservations are not required, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes in advance of your desired cruise time. Cruises take approximately 80 minutes. Getting In: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Boat Cruise tickets are included on the Go Miami Card.

DAY 2 Key West Day Trip (All Day Activity)

This full-day activity is the perfect opportunity to explore the southernmost city in the continental U.S. Key West is a gorgeous island filled with sunny tropical beaches, warm waters, swaying palms, and so much more. Your tour will travel across 42 bridges and through 32 islands en route to your final destination, Key West, the southernmost point in the continental US. You'll get to Key West around noon and have about 6 hours of free time in Key West itself to explore. There are tons of street artists and performers to amuse you, or plenty of other attractions to explore on your own while in Key West for the day, like eco-tours, a dolphin-watching cruise, or the Hemingway House. Additional popular attractions include the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, the building that once served as Harry S. Truman's winter White House, the Key West Aquarium, multiple maritime museums, and so much more. Reservations are required; you’ll be picked up at your hotel in the morning and have approximately 6 hours of free time in Key West itself. This trip will take the whole day.
